Booking & Payments

A minimum deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Full payment must be completed before trip commencement.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges depend on the travel package and supplier policies.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Visa rejection does not guarantee a refund, as service charges may be non-refundable.

Passport & Visa Responsibilities

Travelers must ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
Hamrahi assists with visas but does not guarantee approval.

Travel Insurance

Hamrahi recommends purchasing travel insurance.
We are not liable for incidents such as loss of property, medical issues, delays, or cancellations beyond our control.
